Delivery deal comparison

Food Delivery Deals Near You

Compare BOGO, percentage-off, dollar-off and free-item delivery promotions—and check what each one requires before you order.

Food delivery deals from several ordering channels converging into one DealMeal comparison.

Compare food delivery deals before building your cart

Food delivery deals can look similar while applying to different restaurants, items, basket sizes, accounts and ordering channels. DealMeal helps you compare available promotions across supported sources, then evaluate the conditions that determine whether a deal fits the meal you actually want.

There is no delivery platform that always has the best offer. Compare the eligible basket, minimum order and complete checkout value rather than choosing by the largest advertised discount alone.

Food delivery deals come in different forms

A promotion changes the value of an order only when its rules match your basket. These common deal types solve different ordering needs:

DealMeal data insight

DealMeal's historical archive contained 530,001 marketplace offer observations from Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Just Eat, Deliveroo, Skip the Dishes and Menulog between July 13, 2025 and July 2, 2026. Marketplace promotions had a 26.4% BOGO share, while percentage discounts with usable values had a 20% median.

That archive is historical, geographically uneven and includes partial observation periods for several non-U.S. platforms. It describes promotion patterns—not the offer currently shown to a particular account or the final price of a delivered order.

How to compare food delivery deals

  1. Build the intended meal first. Decide what you would order without a promotion so the deal does not define the basket for you.

  2. Compare the same restaurant where possible. A platform-wide average can reflect a different restaurant mix rather than a better deal on the same food.

  3. Check item eligibility. Some offers apply to selected products, categories, locations, fulfillment methods or accounts.

  4. Calculate the threshold gap. Subtract your planned subtotal from the qualifying minimum. Anything added solely to unlock the offer is part of its practical cost.

  5. Apply the actual discount rule. A percentage cap is a ceiling, not the amount automatically saved when the minimum is reached.

  6. Review the complete cart. Taxes, tips, service charges, delivery charges and memberships can change which ordering option provides better value.

  7. Confirm that the promotion is still available. Food delivery offers can change by account, restaurant and time.

Why minimum orders change the real value

A delivery discount may require a larger basket than you planned. If you add an unnecessary item to cross the threshold, part of the advertised saving has effectively been exchanged for additional spending.

DealMeal's verified August 5, 2026 snapshot included 8,877 discount-plus-threshold observations from DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. The median promotion required $5 of qualifying spend for each $1 of advertised savings. All three platforms had the same $5 median in that cohort.

The snapshot did not include taxes, tips, delivery or service charges, memberships, redemption or final checkout totals. It measured promotion mechanics at the qualifying threshold.

Which delivery app has the best deals?

No single provider wins every kind of order. DealMeal's comparison of 454,431 historical Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub offers found different promotion patterns: Uber Eats led in BOGO availability, DoorDash offered percentage discounts more consistently, and Grubhub showed larger nominal discounts in several parsed measures.

Those findings do not establish which platform will have the lowest final cart for a specific user today. Restaurant availability, account eligibility, the intended items and checkout conditions still determine the result.

What DealMeal data does not establish

Historical offer observations cannot guarantee that a promotion is still active, available to every account or usable with every menu item. They also do not establish final checkout value unless the relevant delivery charges, service charges, taxes, tips, memberships and redemption conditions are included.

Use the historical findings to understand how promotions are structured, then verify the current terms in the ordering channel before paying.

Choose the delivery deal that fits the order

The best food delivery deal is not automatically the largest percentage, the highest dollar amount or the first BOGO card shown. It is the available promotion that fits the intended meal with the least unnecessary spending and the strongest complete-cart value.

DealMeal helps bring those offers and conditions into one comparison so you can spend less time switching between ordering channels.

Frequently asked questions

How can I find food delivery deals near me?+
Use DealMeal in a supported region to review available delivery promotions from nearby restaurants and supported ordering channels. Availability can vary by location, account and time.
Which food delivery app has the best deals?+
There is no universal winner. Different providers emphasize BOGO, percentage-off, dollar-off and free-item promotions differently, and the best option depends on the restaurant, basket and current checkout conditions.
Are BOGO delivery deals always better than percentage discounts?+
No. A BOGO offer can provide strong value when you genuinely want two eligible items. A percentage discount may be better for a smaller or more varied basket.
Why do food delivery deals have minimum orders?+
A minimum order defines the subtotal required before a promotion applies. Compare that threshold with your planned basket so you can see whether qualifying requires unnecessary spending.
Does a free-delivery offer mean the order has no fees?+
Not necessarily. Free delivery may remove one charge while service charges, taxes, tips, small-order charges or membership conditions still apply. Review the complete checkout total.
Are food delivery promotions available to every customer?+
No. Some promotions are account-specific, membership-only, location-limited or restricted to selected restaurants, items or fulfillment methods.
How often do food delivery deals change?+
Offers can change throughout the day and may differ between users or restaurant locations. Confirm the current promotion and eligibility before submitting the order.
Should I compare the deal or the final cart total?+
Compare both, but make the decision using the complete cart. The headline promotion does not account for every price, fee, tax, tip or eligibility condition.
