3.1 Data Collection: DealMeal uses anonymous authentication. We do not require a name, email, or phone number to use the App. We may collect the address you enter (or location you allow) to show nearby food deals, plus anonymous session and preference data needed to operate the Services.
3.2 Data Sharing: DealMeal does not sell your personal information and does not share user data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Anonymous Authentication: You are signed in anonymously for verification and continuity of your session. We do not use email or phone-number sign-in for the current App experience.

4.1 Third-Party Platforms: DealMeal is not affiliated with any food delivery services. We aggregate publicly available food deals from different platforms and redirect users to complete their purchases on those platforms.
4.2 Disclaimer of Responsibility: DealMeal takes no responsibility for the accuracy, pricing, availability, or quality of deals provided by third-party platforms. We do not sell food or offer delivery/pick-up services.
4.3 Links to Third-Party Sites: The App may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of such sites.
Payments and Fees
5.1 Free Use: DealMeal is currently free to use. In the future, additional features may be introduced for a small fee.
5.2 Payment Processing: As no payments are currently collected, DealMeal does not process or store any payment information.

6.1 Acceptable Use: Users must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Any unauthorized use of the Services, including scraping, automated access, or data extraction, is prohibited.
